This is a fast week! The camera challenge of NFNS was a 30 second promo (my lead-in before the credits), and then it was all about getting them interested in your food truck!
I could have staged the entire vlog out of The Man About the House's workvan, but that really wouldn't have been "Inside Mom's Kitchen", would it?! So, as I was thinking how to make it relevant to my point-of-view, my busiest time of day immediately came to mind:
Give the family a great, healthy start to their day!
This recipe is so quick, even the taping is the shortest yet - and there was not a lot of lag time between takes!
Invest in a quick 3 minute idea, and easily substitute sliced avacoado for the ham if you're a veggie!
We're at the mid-season point: How would you grade me? Honesty counts!! I really want to learn, and have an option to apply for next season's NFNS!! (or do you think I need another year under my belt to have more to choose from?)
But for now, it's time for breakfast..
